Click Enter to see the detailsAll residents living on campus, with the exception of those living in the Buccaneer Ridge Apartments, will be part of a residential dining experience through the 7-Day Anytime Silver Dining Plan. Residents living on campus for at least four semesters can request to change to the 5-Day Anytime or Anytime Limited 15/Week Dining Plan, or may decline a plan. Residents of Buccaneer Ridge Apartments and commuters may opt into any of the Dining/Block Plans.

How do I sign-up for a meal plan?
Click Enter to see the detailsStudents living in residence halls will receive information about meal plans via their ETSU email, and information will be posted on the housing website. Students living in residence halls are automatically enrolled in the 7 Day Silver Meal Plan. Buccaneer Ridge residents and commuter students may purchase a Block or Anytime Plan by requesting an application from housing@etsu.edu.
How do I pay for my meal plan?
Click Enter to see the detailsStudents will have the fee for their meal plan placed on their student GoldLink account (like tuition and fees). Faculty and Staff may pay for their meal plan upfront, or request payroll deduction.
What is a meal considered?
Click Enter to see the detailsA “Meal” is a single swipe to enter the Dining Hall, or to eat at Pepper’s Grill. These swipes are also used for meal exchange at Taco Bell and Chick-fil-A during meal exchange periods.
What are guest meals?
Click Enter to see the detailsGuest meals function exactly like a regular meal swipe, and are exclusive to the Dining Hall to bring in one guest per guest swipe. In most instances, guest meals are used to treat visiting friends and family to a meal in the dining hall.
How do I use my meal plan?
Click Enter to see the detailsAll of your meal plan information is placed on your student ID card and must be presented at each dining location where your meal plan or Dining/Flex Dollars are used. There is no worry of carrying cash around campus!
Can I change my meal plan?
Click Enter to see the detailsDepending on the student’s Meal Plan Agreement—either Commuter or Residential—meal plans may be changed within a given time frame.
Can I use a meal at any dining location?

How do I know how many Dining/Flex Dollars I have?

Do Dining/Flex Dollars roll over to the next semester or next year?

When can I use my Anytime Dining plan?

What if I have special dietary needs or food allergies?

Will dining services be available during breaks and holidays?
Click Enter to see the detailsYes, there will be service available, but with limited options and hours. Please check our social media pages on Instagram (@ETSUEATS) or on Facebook (ETSU Dining) to view all special hours or emergency schedule changes that may occur.
How do I arrange a meal, if I am sick?
Click Enter to see the detailsA student who is ill may arrange to have a meal prepared for them and picked up by a roommate or friend from dining services. The student should contact their Resident Advisor for assistance arranging their sick meals.
