All residents living on campus, except for those living in the Buccaneer Ridge Apartments, will be automatically enrolled in the All-Access Silver Dining Plan. Residents who live in upperclassman halls (Centennial, Davis, Luntsford) may request a reduction to the 15-Weekly Blue plan. Details on reducing the meal plan will be provided after room selection concludes. Residents of Buccaneer Ridge Apartments and commuters may opt for any of the All-Access Dining Plans or Block Plans.

We have meal plans available to all students on and off campus, as well as faculty and staff meal plans.

Students living in residence halls will receive information about meal plans via their ETSU email, and information will be posted on the housing website. Students living in residence halls are automatically enrolled in the All-Access Silver Dining Plan. Buccaneer Ridge residents and commuter students may purchase a Block or All-Access Plan by requesting an application from housing@etsu.edu.

Students will have the fee for their meal plan placed on their student GoldLink account (like tuition and fees). Faculty and Staff may pay for their meal plan upfront, or request payroll deduction.

A “Meal Swipe” is a single swipe to enter the Dining Hall. There are also retail meal exchange swipes that come with the All-Access Dining Plans, that are good for a combo at any of the participating retail locations.

Guest meals function exactly like a regular meal swipe, and are exclusive to the Dining Hall to bring in one guest per guest swipe. In most instances, guest meals are used to treat visiting friends and family to a meal in the dining hall.

All of your meal plan information is placed on your student ID card and must be presented at each dining location where your meal plan or Dining/Flex Dollars are used. There is no worry of carrying cash around campus!

Depending on the student’s Meal Plan Agreement—either Commuter or Residential—meal plans may be changed within a given time frame.

Meal swipes must be used in the Dining Hall. Retail meal exchange swipes can be exchanged for predetermined combo meals at participating campus restaurants. Participating locations include Chick-fil-A, Mein Bowl, Taco Bell, Jimmy John’s, Dunkin’, Blended Pedaler, and Pepper’s Grill. Pepper’s Grill can be visited as many times a week as desired and does not consume the students 3/week retail meal exchange swipes.

You may obtain the information at any cash register in our dining locations ,or you can login to the ETSU ID Services webpage.
