At ETSU, there are two types of meal plans. There are Anytime Dining Meal Plans which allow unlimited meal swipes in the Dining Hall. There are also Block Plans. These plans come with a set number of meal swipes and are a great option for students who may not plan to eat on campus every day.
Students living in residence halls will receive information about meal plans via their ETSU email, and information will be posted on the housing website at https://www.etsu.edu/students/housing/dining.php. Students living in residence halls are automatically enrolled in the 7 Day Silver Meal Plan. Buccaneer Ridge residents and commuter students may purchase a Block or Anytime Plan by requesting an application from housing@etsu.edu.
All Block Plans and Commuter Anytime Plans are taxable.
Anytime Meal Plans
This plan includes unlimited access to the dining hall seven days a week. This meal plan includes ten (10) guest meal passes, four (4) carry out meals from the Dining Hall per week and $400 dining dollars which can be used in retail dining locations. Students will have the ability to buy additional dining dollars throughout the semester, if they wish to do so. This plan costs $2,430 per semester.
This plan includes unlimited access to the dining hall seven days a week. This meal plan includes ten (10) guest meal passes, three (3) carry out meals from the Dining Hall per week and $200 dining dollars which can be used in retail dining locations. Students will have the ability to buy additional dining dollars throughout the semester, if they wish to do so. This plan costs $2,175 per semester.
This plan includes unlimited access to the dining hall seven days a week. This meal plan includes ten (10) guest meal passes, two (2) carry out meals from the Dining Hall per week and $100 dining dollars which can be used in retail dining locations. Students will have the ability to buy additional dining dollars throughout the semester, if they wish to do so. This plan costs $2,075 per semester.
This plan is great for residents living in Buc Ridge Apartments or commuter students. This includes unlimited access to the dining hall five days a week (Monday-Friday). This meal plan includes five (5) guest meal passes, one (1) carry out meal from the Dining Hall per week and $100 dining dollars which can be used in retail dining locations. Students will have the ability to buy additional dining dollars throughout the semester, if they wish to do so. This plan costs $1,775 per semester.

Block Plans
This plan includes 80 meals/semester to use at the dining hall. This plan also includes 300 Flex Dollars to use at any on-campus retail location. Any Unused Flex Dollars will rollover from semester to semester but will expire at the end of the year. This plan costs $1,040 per semester.
This plan includes 60 meals/semester to use at the dining hall. This plan also includes 275 Flex Dollars to use at any on-campus retail location. Any Unused Flex Dollars will rollover from fall semester to spring semester but will expire at the end of the spring semester. This plan costs $900 per semester.
This plan includes 40 meals/semester to use at the dining hall. This plan also includes 335 Flex Dollars to use at any on-campus retail location. Any Unused Flex Dollars will rollover from fall semester to spring semester but will expire at the end of the spring semester. This plan costs $769 per semester.
This plan includes 20 meals/semester to use at the dining hall. This plan also includes 400 Flex Dollars to use at any on-campus retail location. Any Unused Flex Dollars will rollover from fall semester to spring semester but will expire at the end of the spring semester. This plan costs $625 per semester.
This plan includes 10 meals/semester to use at the dining hall. This plan also includes 240 Flex Dollars to use at any on-campus retail location. Any Unused Flex Dollars will rollover from fall semester to spring semester but will expire at the end of the spring semester. This plan costs $345 per semester.
Summer Block Plan
This plan includes 40 meals to be used in the dining hall during operating hours. This plan is only available during the summer semester.
Faculty / Staff Meal Plans
This plan includes 60 meals to use at the Dining Hall.
